1. Who we are
AnyTransfer ("we", "us") is a private transfer booking service operated by AnyTransfer Taxi Services, Porto, Portugal. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at booking@anytransfer.pro.
2. What data we collect
- Booking details: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight number (if provided), vehicle type, and any special requests such as child seats.
- Account data: if you create an account, your email address and a securely stored password (via our authentication provider, Supabase).
- Payment data: payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card details.
- Technical data: basic information such as IP address and browser/device type, used for security and anti-fraud purposes.
We do not currently use tracking cookies, advertising, or third-party analytics on this website.
3. Why we use your data
We use your data to:
- arrange and confirm your transfer, and dispatch your order to a transport provider;
- communicate with you about your booking (confirmation, updates, and driver details);
- process payments and refunds;
- provide and secure your customer account;
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and prevent fraud.
4. Who we share your data with
Transport providers. Because we dispatch orders to third-party providers that we know and have agreements with, we share the booking details needed to complete your transfer (pickup, drop-off, time, contact details) with the provider assigned to your ride.
Service providers. We share data with providers that help us operate the service, such as our payment processor (Stripe) and authentication provider (Supabase). These providers process data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.
Legal obligations. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of our customers and drivers.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Our providers operate primarily in Portugal and the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep booking and account data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal (including tax) obligations. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
7. Cookies and consent
We currently do not set any tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies for core functionality such as keeping you logged in. If we later add analytics or advertising cookies, we will show a cookie-consent banner on the website and will only set non-essential cookies with your consent. You can manage or withdraw your choices at any time by clearing your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, contact us at booking@anytransfer.pro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
