1. Who we are
AnyTransfer is a private transfer booking service operated by AnyTransfer Taxi Services, Porto, Portugal (license: RNAST 456/2024). We arrange airport and private transfers across Portugal and can be reached at booking@anytransfer.pro.
2. Our role and third-party providers
AnyTransfer acts as the booking and dispatch service for your transfer. When you book, we dispatch your order to a third-party transport provider that we know and have an agreement with. These providers are licensed and selected by us to carry out the transfer on our behalf.
The driver who completes your transfer may therefore be employed by, or work for, one of our partner providers. We manage our relationship with these providers and hold them to our service standards.
3. Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you complete the booking form and payment is processed. You will receive a confirmation with your pickup details. Please review your details at confirmation and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
4. Prices and payment
Prices shown at quote time are final and include tolls and any stated booking fees — there are no hidden charges. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your card details. For flight-related transfers we monitor your flight and adjust pickup time automatically at no extra cost.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations made later than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a charge by the assigned provider. Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate booking details, to be present at the pickup location at the agreed time, and to ensure any child seats or special equipment requested are arranged before the trip. We are not responsible for missed pickups due to incorrect contact or location details provided by you.
7. Delays and service interruptions
We use reasonable efforts to ensure punctual service, but we are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events outside our reasonable control. In the event a provider cannot complete your transfer, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative.
8. Conduct and prohibited use
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to treat drivers and vehicles with respect, and not to carry prohibited or dangerous goods. We may refuse or cancel service at our discretion where these terms are breached.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date and apply to bookings made after that date.
